Doctors 2.0 & You 2012 is organized as follows:
Wednesday 23 May 2012 – 10AM to 10PM
- Doors open at 10:00 AM for registration and materials.
- Registration is followed by your first opportunity to meet up with the Exhibitors, Scientific Poster Presenters, Start-Ups/Demoers, and of course, to network over coffee.
- Between 11:00 AM and 6:30 PM, you can attend four parallel sessions from among a total of 16 options, (one before lunch, and three after lunch).
- Sessions will have from 2 to 4 speakers + a moderator.
The day will be followed by a Cocktail Soirée, off site, with great networking and conversation. The exclusive George C. Marshall Center within the Hotel Talleyrand (belonging to the American Embassy) will be opened for us. Bring your camera not only for the inside but the view overlooking the ‘Place de la Concorde’ and in the distance the Eiffel Tower. Private coaches will be available to transport you to the cocktail, but there is also a large underground car park and Metro station just 1 minute walk from the evening venue. Thursday 24 May 2012 – 8AM to 7.30PM
- Get ready for the Interactive Breakfast starting promptly at 8:00 AM.
- You will want to be seated by 9:00 AM. Be sure to be on time so as not to miss the amazing opening panel!
- The plenary session will be filled with Panel Discussions, Keynote Addresses and Informative Interviews.
- The Exhibitors, Poster Session, Start-Up Space will resume during the coffee breaks and lunch.
- There will be a Closing Cocktail from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
