Terms & Conditions

SARL Basil Strategies, 1 rue Jacques Offenbach, 75016 Paris, France is the conference organizer. Basil Strategies is registered with the Paris Chamber of Commerce : RCS # 437 637 499.

Conference Price: will include 19.6% VAT, under French law. If you have a process for reclaiming VAT, you will be able to do so.

Invoice: There are two possibilities for receiving an invoice : (1) If you pay online via Weezevent, the latter will offer you an invoice in PDF at the time of your inscription. (2) If you pay by Paypal or by bank transfer or by cheque, Basil Strategies will send you an invoice. Please email accounts@basilstrategies.com for all questions about the invoice process.
Please note that a 50€ before tax administrative charge will be added to invoices for orders that are paid offline.
Registration will not be recorded until payment has been received.

Deadline: All participants must have paid by May 22, 2012. Cheques and credit cards will be accepted at the venue.

Privacy policy: Some conference partners may contact participants regarding related subjects after the conference. You can of course request to leave the list.

Cancellations: *There is no refund of the “Early Bird II” price – rather than cancel, you can transfer your place to a colleague, of course.
If you cancel up to April 22, 2012, you will be charged a 100 € cancellation fee.
Cancellations between April 23 and May 9, 2012, will be charged a 400 € cancellation fee
Cancellations between May 10 and May 22, 2012, will not be refunded.

** Start-up is defined as a commercial or a non-profit entity whose service was created no earlier than 1/1/09 and must be in the eHealth space. Proof must be shown upon request.

*** Healthcare Professionals – Must be full-time. Proof must be shown upon request.

Please note: Not for profit, government, associations, health care professionals working fulltime at that activity will benefit from the discounted rate mentioned above. Please note that healthcare professionals in business will pay the business rate.
